Our story
Artificial Animation (Originally Griffin Productions) was established in November 2006 by Ronald Griffin. What began as a creative and expressive hobby, quickly evolved into something much more influential than expected.
“At first I was just someone who created random videos of things I liked at times, and was not anywhere near being a good producer", - Ronald Griffin.
What we do
Artificial Animation (a gaming group), focuses on producing quality Machinima and Motion Graphics, using the latest and innovative games of all kinds.
Our staff has many years of experience using software designed to make Motion Graphics, 3D Models, and Still Compositions for video.
For those with graphic and video interests, tutorials are available, helping those who want to learn about video production. We are both leisurely and productively involved in various games, from First Person Shooters to Role Playing Games.
Some of the most popular games used for A.A.’s productions include, but are not limited to: Soldier Front, Counter Strike: Source, Garry's Mod, and Left 4 Dead. Several productions have been made with these and other games.
Each of Artificial Animation's projects have become great successes. Most notable are the 3rd place winning entry, “Frag Till I Die”, in the 2008 IJJI Soldier Front Video Competition, and more recently, the 1st place entry, “USF Potter” in the 2010 Confound Gaming Competition.
